As a Sales Agent at PulsePoint Connect, you will focus on developing a deep understanding of our products and services, utilizing customer relationship management tools, and employing negotiation techniques to drive sales success. Your role does not involve managing a team but requires strong self-management and organizational skills. You will contribute to our sales goals by efficiently managing leads and maintaining timely follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM software are essential to track and report sales activities accurately.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers through international calls to promote products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads using lead management techniques and CRM software.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust and ensure repeat business.
- Effectively use negotiation and deal closing techniques to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Adapt to working night shifts and manage time efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Participate in sales training programs and continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to support customer needs and resolve issues.
- Commute reliably to the designated office location in SMCHS, Karachi.
