- Strong experience in protective relay settings
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated expertise in any core area of:
- T&D Substation Design
- SCADA Systems/Design
- Power System Studies
- System Protection (Relaying) Design
- Working ability with SKM or EasyPower
- Working knowledge of the electric utility industry and environmental issues
