Senior WordPress Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of WordPress customization, plugin development, website migrations, hosting configurations, and delivering high-quality, user-friendly websites.

Responsibilities:

Customize WordPress themes and templates to meet specific client requirements.
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot custom WordPress plugins.
Perform website migrations, including domain transfers and hosting setup.
Ensure website performance, scalability, and security are optimized.
Manage and configure hosting environments, including setting up SSL and DNS.
Conduct regular updates, backups, and maintenance for WordPress sites.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align site functionality with business goals.
Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (5+ years preferred).
Expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, theme development, and plugins.
Experience with website migration and hosting platforms like cPanel, Cloudways, etc.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
