We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our international patients. This role involves assisting with appointment scheduling, data entry, and providing exceptional customer service, all while ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient support to patients via phone and virtual platforms.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant team members to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Accurately enter and maintain patient records in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Assist patients in navigating virtual appointments and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including documentation and data entry.
- Contribute to enhancing patient experience and improving operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in typing and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Must be available to work from 3:00 am to 12:00 pm PST (40 hours per week).
Salary: PKR 80,000 - 100,000 per month, based on experience, with excellent potential for growth.
