We are seeking a junior project manager to work from home in a full-time, permanent role.
Your salary will be competitive in line with your skills and experience.
The Junior Project Manager role will sit within the Technology department and work with in-house resources as well as client resources. You will manage, schedule, track, and report on the successful implementation of projects. You will ensure quality is assured by participating in and leading all user acceptance testing.
Reporting to the Senior Product Owner and Project Manager, you will be required to grasp and articulate technical concepts to all stakeholders - we are looking for someone with amazing communication skills who can operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct thorough user acceptance testing and fully document the results.
- Collaborate with team members to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and resources to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate effective communication and foster teamwork among project stakeholders.
- Support project managers in overseeing project budgets and financial tracking.
Success measures
- Measurement of the quality and timeliness of delivery to ensure quality standards, KPIs, and service levels are met.
- Building positive relationships with in-house resources and outsourced partners enabling business objectives to be met.
- Clearly reporting on change and its impacts to internal stakeholders.
- Review, define, and improve processes to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
