Job Oerview:

Responsible for maximizing regional sales and revenue with an increased focus on customer satisfaction by managing complaints.Delivers regional business performance by managing design, construction, and operations of the local access network, and ensures the availability of resources to each division for optimal performance. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage Local Access Network

•       Propose local access network plan in conjunction with EVP and authorize and oversee construction of access network.

•       Operate and Maintain local network by closely monitoring performance of divisions

•       On Time Provisioning and Fault Rectification                                                                                                                                                                                    

Oversee Customer Satisfaction

•       Manage customer satisfaction level in the region

•       Improving customer billing payment system                                    

•       Ensure timely resolution of fault complaints

•       Follow-up of R&C department and fields teams             

•       Ensure that Broadband & PSTN is installed in time.

Generate Sales

•       Retaining and increasing the number of subscribers base-(PSTN,Broadband and IPTV)

•       Enhance existing revenue base and optimize additional revenue streams on regional level.

•       Increase in Gross/Net Sales to achieve the revenue target in wireline business                                                         

Monitor Operational Performance

•       Monitor and evaluate each division’s performance against predetermined targets; take corrective action as necessary

•       Control regional operations using provided IT tools integrated at HQs level

•       Ensure the availability of resources for operations and maintenance.

Manage the Facilities

•       Ensure safety & security of all PTCL installations under his jurisdictions.

Control Activities

•       Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost efficient controls.

•       Identification of key business priorities to improve employee engagement                

•       Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Undertake Performance management

Monitor and evaluate reporting employees
