IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Make Strategy to reduce losses in Baluchistan minimum 20 % each year for fuel, CP and Battery banks. 
• Compile security audit report including rationale of security services after visits of PTCL sites.
• Lodge of FIR against theft, robbery, and damage of PTCL assets in co-ordination with other PTCL wings.
• Carry out security operational coordination on behalf of Senior Manager Security.
• Collect and collate security related report and returns data.
• Preparation of security presentations for time-to-time meetings with HQ security team.
• Ensure to implement all clauses of security contract through vendors.
• Verification of Security Guards/OFC Patrollers and assurance of deployment as per actual allocation.
• Carry out liaison with LEAs including Army, Police, Rangers and other agencies related to security matters.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Manager security is expected to carry out security operational coordination on behalf of Senior Manager Security.
• To work with SM-Security-zonal office as his staff officer of his domain. 
• Ensure maintenance of data of guards of whole zone with all available resources.
• Protection and upgradation of Key Points under the Region.
• Verify and evaluate pay bills as per performance of security companies of its region.
• Penalization/Deduction in case of SGs absenteeism, theft and damage of any PTCL asset due to slackness of security vendor/SG.
• Prepare and Conduct Security Company for routine internal audit.
• Remote sites visit to ascertain the security situation and verification of SGs deployed on each site.
• In case of any theft in zone/region, initiate occurrence report in minimum possible time with any source of communication available.
• To update prevailing law & order situation of the province and travelling go ahead to the higher management and regional field teams.
• Carry out fact finding reports / investigations / interrogation whenever desired.
• To ensure safety of staff and assets of the company.
• Maintain Theft report month wise with location and items stolen with loss of revenue assessment.
• Carry out checks and surprise visits of all locations to ensure efficient security
• Be ready to perform any other tasks assigned / role of colleague when on leave.

1. Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Law/ Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Social Sciences etc.

2. Experience:

• Proficient post armed forces experience.
• Civilians having requisite qualification and relevant experience of working in Baluchistan Private / Government Sector may also apply.
