JOB OVERVIEW
- AM Finance is responsible to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices in SAP/BAS.
- Preparation of different analytical and periodical reports (BRC/GST/Variance Analysis etc).
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-audit of invoices and processing in SAP/BPS
- Preparation of OPEX Quantitative Analysis Report.
- Preparation of monthly exchange wise report.
- Coordination with region for Monthly Accruals/ Provisions.
- Processing of employee related claims through SAP.
- Assist in preparation of addition budget demand of the regions.
- Coordination with region in settlement of financial issues.
- Preparation and submission of new vendor registration cases to H/Qs.
- Preparation and timely submission of BRC on monthly basis.
- Preparation and timely submission of GST Statement on monthly basis.
- Checking of RPC cases of assigned regions as per PTCL DOP/manual.
- Participate in Physical stock counting activity
- Physical verification and reconciliation of Fixed Assets.
- Reconciliation of CPE booking in SAP with Actual consumption of Modems at Regional level.
- Review and analysis of Temporary Advances/ Special Advances of the regions and ensure clearance through SAP.
