IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Meet sales Target of the assigned territory.
- Enhance network in potential/dry areas to ensure the rehabilitation of faulty network.
- Ensure end to end process of providing New high-quality installations of phone Connection to customers, in smooth & trouble-free manner
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Maintain PTCL business operations to ensure business enhancement and profit maximization. This involves ensuring customer satisfaction, maintenance of network elements/assets and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Assist in the expansion of OSP Network for smooth operations and optimum revenue generation.
- Assist in planning of network optimization and rehabilitation to ensure customer retention & MTTR at nominal level.
- Managing a diverse team of CSRs, CPEIs, & TPEIs and Supervise new sales & up-selling.
- Administering quality installations and configure / troubleshoot faults in case of outages and customer faults with minimum MTTR.
- Perform Network diagnosis by implementing & leading the network rehabilitation & transformation project in liaison with Development Team.
- Utilize Portals like CRM, MAXIMO, Oracle BI, Micro Strategy Dashboard, MMBB Support, AAA on daily basis for smooth running of Business & Operation activities.
- Keeping GIS/Tagpins updated and Control Churn.
- Assist the revamp of Rehabilitation Primary & secondary OSP network for optimum utilization.
- Ensure security and safety of Team, Hand holes, PVC ducts and cables.
- Achieve business sales, Recovery/Retention i.e. keeping old customers and recover payment and win back of old customers.
- Develop contingency Plan for network diversion and traffic routing in case of emergency situations.
- Routine daily/weekly/monthly business-related reports with Zone/Region.
- Ensure provisioning of financial budget for proposed projects.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Qualification
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Telecom
