Floret Capitals (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join their team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing financial data, and preparing insightful reports that support investment decisions. This full-time role requires strong quantitative skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. The position is based at the company’s office in Blue Area, Islamabad, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn and other professional networks, to identify and connect with industry experts.
- Analyze financial statements, stock performance, and market trends to provide accurate assessments.
- Prepare detailed research reports, market commentaries, and presentations for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor economic indicators, policy changes, and industry developments that impact capital markets.
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements by ensuring precise data reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and relevant market intelligence.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in research or financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Research, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex financial and economic information.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical or analytical tools is essential.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to PKR 55,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
