Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to provide information, follow up on inquiries, or conduct surveys.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are positive and effective.
