Position: English-Speaking Call Center Agent Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with proficiency and clarity in English.
- Provide courteous and efficient assistance to customers regarding inquiries, issues, and product/service information.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively over the phone.
