We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for formulating comprehensive digital marketing strategies, designing effective advertising campaigns, creating engaging marketing content, optimizing website SEO, and improving customer conversion rates. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of digital marketing methodologies, content creation, social media advertising, SEO, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy: a. Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with the brand's overall objectives and target audience. b. Analyze market trends, competition, and audience behavior to identify strategic opportunities and areas for growth.
  2. Customer Journey Planning: a. Design an end-to-end customer journey plan, from brand introduction to customer conversion, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. b. Map out touchpoints and interactions to guide potential customers through the marketing funnel.

  3. Content Creation and Marketing: a. Create compelling and relevant content across various digital platforms to engage the target audience. b. Develop content strategies for different stages of the customer journey to nurture leads and drive conversions.

  4. Social Media Advertising: a. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. b. Customize ad designs and messaging based on target audience preferences and behavior.

  5. Budget Management and Optimization: a. Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. b. Utilize data analytics to optimize spending and make data-driven decisions for campaign adjustments.

  6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): a. Optimize the website's content, structure, and meta tags to improve search engine rankings and visibility. b. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for organic traffic growth.

  7. Customer Acquisition and Retention: a. Devise strategies to attract new customers to the website or other platforms and retain existing ones. b. Utilize various marketing channels and engagement techniques to increase customer base and enhance brand loyalty.

  8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): a. Analyze user behavior and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates. b. Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, and other elements to encourage customer actions and drive conversions.

  9. Analytics and Performance Monitoring: a. Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using relevant tools and platforms. b. Generate regular reports to assess performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.

  10. Team Collaboration and Leadership: a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall brand objectives and messaging. b. Provide guidance and leadership to the digital marketing team, ensuring consistent high performance and skill development.
