We are a UK based professional accountancy outsourcing business and are looking for a high caliber Assistant Human Resource Manager to join our team and assist the Practice Manager in the operations for our office in Islamabad.

About you

You are a motivated, driven, and confident Assistant Human Resource Manager  who is responsible for the implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures, as well as staff recruitment, development, and retention supporting a country office.  You take pleasure in achieving results and lifting others up whilst contributing to a friendly environment.  You can communicate confidently and are not afraid to challenge the status quo

About the role

This is a hybrid role, where you will be working from our Islamabad office for 3 days a week and the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.

Your working hours will be 11am – 8:00pm Pakistan time.

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager, must demonstrate exceptional ability and gravitas to undertake the following responsibilities:

Operations management

  • Assist Operations Manager in running of the day-today operations of the business
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Operations Manager
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

Team management

  • Assisting Operations Manager in weekly/daily time sheet review of the teams of various departments
  • Ensuring team is motivated to provide excellent customer service by engaging team through various activities
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
