We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Chat Support Executive. In this role, you will interact with customers through various digital channels to provide timely and accurate assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be responding to customers, identifying customer issues, providing solutions, conversing in a polite and professional manner, and performing data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Chat Support: Engage with customers via chat platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
- Customer Assistance: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to offer comprehensive support and guidance to customers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reference purposes and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in shifts if required.
Benefits:
