Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple AI projects while ensuring adherence to best practices in project management and deep understanding of AI technologies.
Manage a diverse team of 20 skilled professionals, assigning tasks and providing mentorship to enhance overall team performance and growth.
Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate project workflows, including Scrum and Kanban, ensuring flexibility and rapid iteration to meet changing project requirements.
Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential hurdles, and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines and deliverables.
Oversee budget management, ensuring expenditures align with project forecasts while maximizing resource allocation and minimizing waste.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including upper management and clients, to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that align with business strategies.
Implement effective performance measurement frameworks to track project progression and team contributions, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to seek innovative solutions and adopt best practices for ongoing processes.
Utilize project management software tools like JIRA, Trello, and Asana to streamline project tracking, task assignment, and team collaboration.
