Project Manager

Located in Green Acres Housing Society, Lahore, this full-time, on-site Project Manager position operates during the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift. The role demands a highly organized and proactive professional to manage the full lifecycle of digital projects. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, internal teams, team leads, and management to ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and quality standards. Candidates should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of digital agency workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from initiation through completion and ongoing delivery phases.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assign tasks, prioritize activities, and set deadlines for team members.
- Coordinate efforts across various departments such as SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media, Web Development, Design, Content, Video, QA, and Email/LinkedIn Marketing.
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, dependencies, resources, and overall status.
- Identify and address risks, blockers, and potential delays proactively.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding updates, approvals, feedback, and expectations.
- Ensure client requirements are accurately communicated to internal teams.
- Manage project scope and handle any additional requirements or scope changes effectively.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and QA to ensure deliverables meet client and company standards.
- Keep comprehensive project documentation and update tasks within project management systems.
- Conduct project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare status reports and provide transparent updates to management on project performance.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance project planning, documentation, reporting, and overall efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Project Management, preferably within a digital agency or technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management with experience handling multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Skilled in identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes
- Familiarity with digital services such as SEO, Google Ads/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Design & Development, WordPress, Shopify, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, LinkedIn Outreach, Analytics & Reporting, and QA processes.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Basecamp, Asana, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack or Microsoft Teams, CRM platforms, and AI tools is advantageous.

This position requires in-person attendance at the Lahore location.
