Project Manager

This role involves leading multiple software projects from initial planning through to successful delivery, ensuring that all work aligns with client expectations and company standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle while working closely with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously, coordinating efforts among development, QA, design teams, and clients. Develop detailed project plans that include timelines and milestones to guide execution. Monitor project progress regularly to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met consistently. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other meetings to keep the team aligned and focused. Identify and proactively resolve risks and issues to minimize their impact on project delivery. Provide regular updates and status reports to clients and internal teams. Ensure strict adherence to project scope, budget, and quality requirements throughout all phases. Collaborate with leadership to prioritize projects and allocate resources efficiently. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and support future reference.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates must have at least three years of experience managing software or IT projects. A strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project is expected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary. The candidate should demonstrate leadership capabilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
