Brand Republic is offering a 3-month full-time internship for a Project Management Trainee based on-site in Karachi. This role is ideal for graduates or final-year students in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields who are eager to build a career in technical project management. The internship provides hands-on experience in managing software and digital projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, engaging with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document client requirements for software and digital projects.
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and creative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and track project milestones.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Perform basic Quality Assurance (QA) and review completed work before client delivery.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles, web development, mobile applications, and software products.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
