Overall Role:

Responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs for PMC, EMIS, and RTSM staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and consultations with education managers, RTSM and EMIS field staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Recommend appropriate training solutions based on identified needs, ensuring alignment with Performance Management Cell (PMC) goal
  • Design and develop customized training programs tailored to meet education department objectives and enhance user competency in EMIS and RTSM.
  • Create high-quality training materials, including manuals, presentations, handouts, and digital content.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on EMIS and RTSM applications, data management, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and implement assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present timely reports on training activities, outcomes, and impact assessments to senior management.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices across the department.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in training and development roles.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency in training needs analysis and content development.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, and BI)
