HRPSP is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Lead to take full strategic and operational responsibility for the Mobile Library & Smart Learning Vehicle Project. Based in DHA, Lahore, and reporting directly to the CEO within the Programme Management department, this role is central to the successful delivery of mobile library services, smart learning initiatives, digital education, and teacher training programs. The position requires on-site presence and offers a competitive monthly salary range of PKR 200,000 to 220,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the education or development sectors and a passion for driving innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and operational execution of the Mobile Library & Smart Learning Vehicle Project to meet defined objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of project activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of mobile library services, digital education, and teacher training programs.
- Collaborate closely with government schools, education departments, teachers, and other stakeholders to enhance project reach and impact.
- Manage and mentor the Operations Manager and project team to ensure alignment with project goals and maintain high performance standards.
- Track and analyze programme performance metrics, including student participation rates, teacher engagement levels, and overall project outcomes.
- Ensure optimal use of vehicles, technology, equipment, and learning materials to maximize operational efficiency.
- Identify and address operational risks promptly by implementing corrective measures.
- Organize regular project review meetings and prepare comprehensive progress reports for senior management.
- Maintain strict adherence to project policies, safety protocols, safeguarding standards, and professional conduct guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in programme or project management, preferably within the education sector, development organizations, or large-scale field operations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and overseeing operations across multiple locations is highly desirable.
