Project Coordinator

We are looking for a confident, assertive, and well-organized Project Coordinator to join our team for an upcoming project based in Islamabad’s Blue Area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining smooth operational workflows. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with team members, clients, management, and other stakeholders are essential. This role demands a proactive individual who can handle challenges professionally and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities and follow up with relevant teams to ensure steady progress.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels between project staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Address operational issues confidently and professionally as they arise.
- Consistently follow up with concerned personnel to ensure deadlines are met without delay.
- Prepare and maintain reports, updates, emails, and necessary documentation to support project tracking and transparency.
- Assist management in resolving coordination and operational matters to facilitate smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A confident and assertive personality capable of managing challenging situations effectively.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
