1- Develop and implement the company's fintech strategy to support business goals. Stay updated on trends and innovations in fintech and evaluate potential applications for the organization. Identify areas of opportunity for automation, process improvements, and enhanced customer experience using financial technology.

2- Lead the design, development, and launch of fintech services. Collaborate with cross-functional to ensure fintech initiatives align with business objectives.

3- Oversee the lifecycle of FinTech projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

4- Ensure that fintech solutions adhere to data security, privacy, and compliance standards, particularly regarding financial regulations

5- Manage relationships with fintech vendors, platforms, and partners.

Qualification Required: Bachelors/Masters

Experience Required

10 Plus Years
Banking/Fintech/Digital Banking/EMI experience will be preferred.
Strong understanding of fintech platforms and financial software.
