Job Roles & Duties:
- BTL activities planning and execution.
- Achieve KPIs and set targets of BTL activities.
- Field Audits and Back checking of activation programs.
- Hiring of quality resources for BTL projects.
- Vendor evaluation based on their working and their on ground capabilities.
- Invoice Audit after completion of projects.
- Daily weekly monitoring and tracking of project performance.
- Zone and Town wise analysis of projects.
- Liaison with sales team for area JC planning.
- Competition activity reporting.
Min Requirements:
- Graduate
- 2 years of BTL experience in any reputable FMCG (Nestle, PepsiCo, Marksman, BAT, ResourceLinked, Smollan)
Other Skills:
- Good in MS Office for analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Communicate effectively.
- Customer Negotiation.
