Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Oral Health Officer for its Sahiwal location. This role focuses on promoting oral health education and implementing effective health promotion strategies to improve community dental care awareness. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills to facilitate collaborations with schools, dental professionals, and other stakeholders. With 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, the Oral Health Officer will actively manage activities related to the Professional Services Department, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and timelines.
This position requires meticulous documentation and reporting abilities, alongside maintaining strong professional relationships with dental practitioners. Although this role does not involve team management, the officer will coordinate effectively across multiple teams and partners. The Oral Health Officer contributes significantly to dental health improvement via outreach initiatives and product promotion, maintaining high standards of compliance and operational excellence within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute school-based oral health programs and community initiatives in line with Pakistan guidelines to ensure maximum outreach and impact.
- Manage and execute all Professional Services Department activities within the assigned territory while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with schools, dental professionals, and internal management to ensure smooth communication and successful implementation of all initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with dental practitioners to support engagement and product recommendation activities.
- Promote oral care products through professional visits, meetings, and engagement sessions with dental professionals to support brand growth and territory objectives.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record maintenance of all programs and field activities as per company-approved formats and compliance requirements.
