People Perfect is hiring Enumerators (DTM) for one of its prestigious clients in Lahore and Faisalabad. This role is responsible for conducting field and telephonic data collection, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting displacement and mobility tracking initiatives.

Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face and telephonic interviews with respondents across Punjab using standardized survey questionnaires.
Collect accurate, complete, and timely data while adhering to the guidelines and protocols set by the organization.
Demonstrate strong interviewing skills to engage respondents and obtain reliable information.
Administer surveys using effective data collection methods and tools.
Communicate effectively in multiple regional languages and English to accommodate diverse respondents.
Ensure confidentiality and privacy of respondents’ information throughout the data collection process.
Report issues encountered during data collection and provide feedback to supervisors for continuous improvement.
Maintain organized records of completed surveys and deliver them promptly to the required channels.
Work independently and manage time efficiently in different work environments without direct team supervision.
Adhere to ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions with survey participants.
