These enumerators will play a crucial role in administering surveys and gathering accurate data essential for research and project success. Candidates can be fresh graduates with an undergraduate degree, provided they demonstrate the necessary communication proficiency and interview experience. Enumerators at Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd are responsible for coordinating fieldwork activities, engaging with respondents, and ensuring all collected data is reliable and submitted promptly. While the role does not involve managing a team, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in the field are essential. Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face and telephone interviews to collect survey data accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate fieldwork schedules and logistics to ensure timely completion of surveys.
Engage with respondents clearly and respectfully, explaining the purpose of the survey and gaining their cooperation.
Maintain accurate and complete records of survey data and interviews conducted.
Communicate any issues or challenges encountered in the field promptly to supervisors.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality requirements during data collection.
Utilize communication skills effectively to address respondent inquiries and clarify survey questions.
Handle multiple survey assignments simultaneously while maintaining high data quality.
Demonstrate proficiency in local languages alongside English to facilitate effective communication with diverse respondents.
Adapt to changing field conditions and demonstrate flexibility to meet survey goals.
Support data verification processes by reviewing collected information for consistency and accuracy.
