Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies and risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee security systems and respond to breaches promptly.
Create and lead emergency response plans, conduct drills, and train staff.
Conduct regular training sessions for employees on security protocols and safety procedures.
Maintain detailed records of security incidents and generate reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with local security regulations, and conduct regular audits to maintain standards.

Job Specification:

Proficiency in the installation maintenance, and monitoring of security systems such as CCTV, alarms and access control systems.
Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities and implement effective security measures.
Ability to lead, train and manage security personnel to ensure they are prepared and efficient in their roles.
Bachelors in any field. ( Must have a background of Infantry).
20-25 years of experience.
50-55 years age limit.
