A.J Group is seeking a creative and skilled Product Designer & 3D Artist to join Forgentis Fabrication and Print Pack & Advertising. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in designing unique products and producing high-quality 3D visualizations across a variety of applications, including metal fabrication, printing, packaging, signage, wall décor, and interior design. This position involves working with advanced production technologies such as CNC laser cutting, UV printing, 3D embossing, and texture printing to develop innovative, market-leading products that blend artistic creativity with technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative products such as stainless steel and mild steel wall art, decorative panels, partitions, railings, furniture, signage, architectural features, and industrial fabrication components.
- Create premium products for printing, packaging, branding, and materials including acrylic, MDF, and wood, utilizing techniques like UV printing, 3D embossed printing, textured printing, wallpapers, and decorative metal and printed wall panels.
- Produce realistic 3D models, renders, animations, and product visualizations to support client presentations, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop production-ready CAD drawings and CNC laser cutting files with precise dimensions and material specifications.
- Design custom wall décor collections, interior décor products, signage systems, display stands, and retail branding solutions.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and innovative materials to inform the development of new product lines.
- Create realistic mockups and prototypes for use in websites, catalogs, brochures, and social media content.
- Collaborate closely with production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure products are visually appealing, manufacturable, and commercially viable.
- Optimize designs for efficient manufacturing processes, material utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain an organized library of product designs, 3D assets, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer & 3D Artist.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design, 3D modeling, rendering, and commercial product development.
- Proficiency in design and modeling software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, Rhino, KeyShot, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator (experience with any combination of these is acceptable).
- Excellent creativity, visualization skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 150,000 per month, depending on experience. This is a full-time, in-person position based at the company’s work location.
