We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our accounting and bookkeeping services, and scheduling appointments for our sales and consulting teams. You will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting the foundation for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential clients from provided leads.
Introduce and explain our accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services.
Schedule appointments for consultations with our financial experts.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information regarding prospects and appointments.
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and handle rescheduling if needed.
Communicate professionally and confidently, building rapport with potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for appointments set.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in financial services is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and close on setting appointments.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, or tax services is preferred but not required.
