Manager Projects (MEP, HVAC & Bms)

Pro-S is seeking an experienced Manager Projects specializing in MEP, HVAC, and Building Management Systems (BMS) to lead and oversee multiple projects from initiation through to successful completion. The role requires a professional who possesses strong expertise in project management, with a focus on planning, coordinating, and monitoring all stages of project execution. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and brings a minimum of six years of relevant experience managing complex projects in the MEP and HVAC domain. This position demands a keen understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, timeline control, and risk management to ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations while aligning with company policies and health, safety, and environmental requirements. Although this role does not currently involve managing a team, the Manager Projects is expected to effectively coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and labor forces to deliver project milestones. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for conducting meetings, resolving project challenges, negotiating with stakeholders, and reporting progress to senior management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is required, with knowledge of AutoCAD and Primavera or MS Project considered an advantage. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple MEP, HVAC, and BMS projects to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control all ongoing and upcoming projects to maintain alignment with project objectives and schedules.
- Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and labor resources to ensure smooth project execution.
- Organize and conduct project planning meetings, progress review sessions, and client coordination meetings to facilitate transparent communication and problem-solving.
- Ensure all projects comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource utilization to identify variances and take corrective actions promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and commercial departments for timely availability and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues and maintain project performance.
- Prepare detailed project progress reports and present them accurately to senior management and stakeholders.
- Enforce adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies throughout all phases of project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and all involved parties to promote collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate project workflows and processes, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and technologies pertinent to MEP, HVAC, and BMS projects to ensure best practices are applied.
