The executive will manage interactions across various channels including CRM platforms, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless coordination with different departments. Managing a team of 15 persons, the role combines client management with leadership responsibilities, cultivating an environment of efficiency and positive customer experiences. The ideal candidate holds at least a bachelor’s degree and demonstrates professionalism through a positive attitude and polished appearance. Prior experience in construction, real estate, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory, as fresh candidates with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in MS Office and effective time management is essential to manage diverse tasks and support the team effectively.
Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Communicate proactively with clients via email, WhatsApp, and other channels to provide updates, gather feedback, and schedule follow-ups.
Maintain professional communication standards in both English and Urdu, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
Implement time management strategies to balance handling customers, team supervision, and administrative tasks effectively.
Develop and maintain a positive professional appearance and attitude to reflect the company’s values and enhance client trust.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members to maintain service standards and improve team capabilities.
Leverage experience or knowledge of the construction and real estate sector to better understand customer needs and project progress.
