As an Android Developer at Prisma Tech, you will focus on building efficient and scalable mobile applications. You are responsible for writing clean, maintainable code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. While not managing a team, you will contribute as a key individual contributor, engaging in all phases of app development from concept through deployment and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Android Studio.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement new features and enhance existing ones.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and company standards.
- Debug and resolve issues, ensuring optimal application performance, security, and responsiveness across a range of devices.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Assist in the release process, including version control and deployment to app stores.
- Work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
