Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to present and promote banking products and services.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales and consistently meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
Document customer interactions, update records, and manage leads throughout the sales cycle using CRM software.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products aligned with their specific financial requirements.
Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing detailed and accurate information about banking products and services.
Collaborate effectively with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies and provide market feedback.
Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, data entry, and other administrative tasks supporting telesales operations.
Stay informed about the latest banking products, services, and industry trends to communicate benefits convincingly to customers.
Adhere strictly to all compliance and regulatory requirements related to banking telesales and sales operations.
Demonstrate consistent high levels of customer service to promote the companys reputation and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and execute corrective actions as needed.
