Join Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd as a Project Trainee in the Quality Lab located in Jamshoro, Sindh. This is an eight-week project-based training opportunity designed for final-year undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent degrees. In this role, you will actively contribute to the data management and quality control processes related to Stability and Packaging samples within a pharmaceutical environment. You will support the transcription of data into the SLIMS system, verify its accuracy against source documents, and assist in resolving data discrepancies to ensure high data integrity and compliance.
The position requires adherence to Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also maintain progress trackers and support summary reporting, playing a crucial role in ensuring compliance and quality standards are met. This role does not involve managing a team but offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical quality control systems and laboratory operations in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Support the transcription of Stability and Packaging sample data into the SLIMS data system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verify transcribed data meticulously against original source documents to maintain data integrity.
- Identify and assist in resolving discrepancies in recorded data by collaborating with senior team members and other stakeholders.
- Maintain progress trackers diligently to monitor ongoing activities and provide updated information for summary reporting.
- Prepare and support the creation of summary reports related to quality control activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards throughout all assigned tasks.
- Follow site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) rigorously to guarantee procedural consistency and quality assurance.
- Utilize laboratory testing techniques to assist with quality control processes, including sample preparation and chemical analysis under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment in the laboratory.
- Record and report data accurately using Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel and Word, facilitating efficient data management.
- Apply problem-solving skills to address issues encountered during the data verification and laboratory processes.
- Contribute to maintaining laboratory documentation and quality records consistent with pharmaceutical industry requirements.
- Gain practical exposure to pharmaceutical quality systems to augment academic knowledge with real-world application.
