•To run a full cash flow assessment on the potential clients
•To carefully select the client based on repayment capacity
•To size the loan according to the client's ability as per the policy guidance
•Experienced in EMI unsecured lending
•Relationship building and monthly follow-up with clients over 12-24 months
•Strong sales skills required (we don’t necessarily need experienced credit officers, we need experienced sales people who can learn on the job)
Compensation Salary: Rs. 35 - 40K (approx.)
