Key Responsibilities:

Develop a strategy to expand grant-based donor pipelines and track revenue goals.
Write grant proposals, letters of interest, concept papers, and related materials for proposal submissions.
Conduct research to identify funding opportunities with foundations, governmental agencies, corporate, and community-based funding organizations.
Prepare and submit grant applications and reports in accordance with funder requirements and deadlines.
Cultivate, manage, and maintain relationships with organizational funders and stakeholders.
Ensure staff are informed of grant contract requirements and assist in advising on necessary changes.
Manage the progress of grant-funded programs and broker communication between funders and internal stakeholders.
Conduct internal education to help staff identify projects eligible for grant funding and develop project work plans.
Maintain and manage complete records and files related to grant-based donor engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in international relations, project management, business administration, or similar field.
At least 3 years of grants management experience with an international NGO.
Knowledge of donor rules, regulations, and procedures of donors including local and international bodies.
Proven experience in successfully applying for institutional donor funding.
Proven experience in capacity building and training staff and partners.
English should be Fluent and Arabic language is an advantage
