Sales Verification Consultant (Verifier)

Prime BPO is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Verification Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on verifying sales data and ensuring compliance with established processes, supporting the accuracy and integrity of our sales operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and experience working in a customer service environment within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. This position requires a commitment to professional conduct and the capacity to work during night shifts, making it well-suited for dedicated individuals with at least one year of verification experience. As a Sales Verification Consultant, you will play a critical role in maintaining customer trust and enhancing operational efficiency by accurately verifying sales transactions and related data. Your role will involve meticulous examination of customer information, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring all verification activities adhere to company policies. This position does not involve team management but requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth verification process and excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities

Verify sales information and customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness according to company standards.
Conduct thorough checks of documents and records to identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Communicate professionally with customers to confirm transaction details and resolve verification-related issues.
Adhere strictly to process compliance guidelines and maintain accurate records of verification activities.
Utilize CRM and basic computer tools efficiently to manage and document verification data.
Work efficiently during assigned night shifts, maintaining high productivity and focus.
Report any irregularities or potential fraud to the appropriate departments promptly.
Maintain a professional attitude and provide courteous customer service throughout the verification process.
Continuously update knowledge of verification procedures and compliance requirements to ensure effective job performance.
