Prime BPO is seeking a motivated Med Alert Closer (SVC) to join their team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of BPO experience, preferably as a verifier on any campaign, and possesses strong communication and objection handling skills. This role involves engaging with customers, verifying critical information, and effectively guiding conversations to achieve successful closures. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, a professional attitude, and the ability to work night shifts. The position requires proficiency with basic computer and CRM systems. This role does not involve team management but requires an individual who can work independently and maintain focus during customer interactions. The Med Alert Closer plays a vital role in the customer service process by ensuring accurate verification and closing of medical alert services. The role demands excellent verbal communication and listening abilities to identify inconsistencies and resolve objections skillfully. The successful candidate contributes to customer satisfaction by handling inquiries professionally and efficiently following company guidelines. Candidates must be diligent, patient, and capable of working in a high-paced BPO environment while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities

  • Handle customer objections effectively to advance the sales process and close agreements.
  • Engage customers professionally to verify medical alert service details and confirm accuracy.
