We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager with expertise in Vici Dial management, VoIP configurations, switch configurations, and network management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in big data management, and SQL. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of running a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure, and driving the strategic direction of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Vici Dial systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Manage and configure VoIP systems to ensure reliable and high-quality voice communications across the organization.
  • Configure and manage network switches, ensuring efficient and secure network traffic flow.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust network solutions to support business operations, including troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
  • Oversee the management of databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
  • Implement and manage big data solutions, ensuring the effective processing and analysis of large datasets.
  • Utilize SQL expertise to manage and optimize database queries, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals.
  • Ensure all IT systems comply with industry standards and security protocols to protect sensitive data.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across various IT domains, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role with expertise in Vici Dial, VoIP, and network management.
  • Strong knowledge of switch configurations, network security, and database management.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience managing big data solutions.
