WordPress Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Development: Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins to meet client or project requirements.
Customization: Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to add new features, improve functionality, and align with client branding.
Front-End Development: Implement and ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and overall user experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
Back-End Development: Develop custom WordPress plugins and modules; ensure robust security and efficient performance of WordPress sites.
Content Management: Assist in content migration and management using the WordPress CMS, ensuring proper formatting and SEO best practices.
Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and fix issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and overall website performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital products.
Security: Implement and maintain security practices to safeguard websites from vulnerabilities and attacks.
Testing and Optimization: Conduct website performance tests and implement optimizations to ensure high-speed performance and smooth user experience.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to WordPress themes, plugins, and configurations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
Experience:4 years of experience in WordPress development, including theme and plugin development.
