Graphic Designer - UI / UX

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to create exceptional user experiences for our healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare industry standards, user-centered design principles, and a passion for improving patient and provider interactions through intuitive design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creative elements in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator as per project requirements by ensuring consistency in layout, design, branding.
Study design briefs and determine requirements to understand project objectives.
Conceptualize visuals (Illustrations, logo) based on given requirements, translating ideas into compelling designs.
Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas.
Skillfully utilize appropriate colors and layouts to enhance the visual appeal of each graphic.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and provide guidance to the Design team on best practices for design creation.
Amend designs based on constructive feedback to continually improve and refine the final product.
Ensure that all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistently on-brand.
Lead the creative ideation process, from concept development to execution, ensuring alignment with our project goals and requirements.
Supervise a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and healthcare-related projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and user feedback analysis.
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
