The Cultural/Communication Trainer will be responsible for;

  • Developing and conducting training sessions in cultural, communication development, and intercultural communication.
  • He will also be responsible for writing and developing training materials to improve the culture / communication.
  • Address and enhance cross-cultural communication competencies.
  • Help employees navigate communication challenges in a diverse workplace.
  • Develop tools and assessments to evaluate participants' communication skills.
  • Provide individualized feedback and create action plans for improvement.
  • Offer insights into global business etiquette, diverse communication styles, and intercultural teamwork.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in communication training.
  • Integrate innovative methods and technologies into training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and other departments to align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Support other training initiatives as needed.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5 year experience in developing, coaching and conducting training sessions in communication and cultural communication (USA).
  • Hands on experience to give training in call center (customer support) department is must.
  • Strong writing skills and experience in developing training materials
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • Experience in US healthcare industry is a plus
