Assistant Accounts / Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for US Tax operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and proficiency in budgeting, payroll management, and treasury functions. Additionally, familiarity with local compliance regulations such as SECP, PSEB, Pasha, EOBI, etc., is essential. Knowledge of accounting software, particularly QuickBooks or similar platforms, is required.

Responsibilities:

Handle Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations for US Tax, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Manage budgeting processes and assist in the development of financial forecasts.
Oversee payroll management activities, including processing payroll, calculating taxes, and ensuring timely disbursement of salaries.
Maintain treasury functions, including cash management, investment strategies, and risk assessment.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards, including SECP, PSEB, Pasha, EOBI, etc.
Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to record financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate reports.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support financial operations and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

CA (Finalist)/CA (Inter) or ACCA qualification.
Previous experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations, preferably in US Tax.
Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Proficiency in budgeting, payroll management, and treasury functions.
Familiarity with local compliance regulations, including SECP, PSEB, Pasha, EOBI, etc.
Experience using accounting software, with a preference for QuickBooks or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
