Accounts / Finance Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and receipts.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or errors.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in accounting or finance role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
