Prenium Battery is seeking a dedicated Store Associate to join our expanding team in Islamabad. This role requires a professional with at least five years of experience in store operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities. The Store Associate will oversee a team of eight persons, coordinating efforts to ensure efficient stock management and seamless store function. This position suits someone passionate about maintaining product quality, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to business growth. The successful candidate possesses comprehensive knowledge of inventory management systems and retail store operations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, managing stock replenishment, and utilizing inventory management software efficiently. A background including a FA/BA qualification and computer proficiency is preferred. This role demands vigilance, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellence in retail operations.
Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise and coordinate a team of eight staff members, providing guidance and support.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
Oversee stock replenishment to ensure product availability and minimize shortages.
Use inventory management systems and software to track product movement and stock levels.
Ensure proper organization of stockroom and sales floor for optimal product display and storage.
Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers and answer inquiries effectively.
Communicate clearly with team members and management to report operational issues and updates.
Implement store policies and procedures to comply with company standards and safety regulations.
Maintain clean and safe store environment in accordance with safety rules.
Keep detailed records of inventory adjustments, sales, and deliveries.
Assist in the training and development of new store team members.
Monitor and analyze inventory trends to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely stock delivery.
Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve any concerns or complaints professionally.
