Premium Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Coordinator Engineer to join our team at the Head Office in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineering graduate with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. This role requires expertise in project management, scheduling software, quality control, and contract administration. The Coordinator Engineer will primarily focus on maintaining efficient coordination among various project components, ensuring accurate inventory management, and generating detailed reports. Strong communication skills are essential to liaise effectively with different departments and stakeholders. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it demands excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee project progress and uphold quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion according to the schedule and quality requirements.
- Utilize scheduling software to develop and maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and report deviations.
- Implement quality control procedures to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Administer contracts by managing documentation, tracking compliance, and facilitating communication between involved parties.
- Manage project inventory to ensure availability of necessary materials and prevent shortages or excesses.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on project status, inventory levels, and quality assessments for senior management.
- Support communication between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and enhance workflow.
- Ensure all project tasks align with company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the review and approval process for project documents, including drawings, permits, and contracts.
- Monitor procurement schedules and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
