We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front desk Officer to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle phone calls, greet visitors, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with office supplies management and basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Previous FDO/receptionist or customer service experience is a plus

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
