We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) at construction sites.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is performed according to design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in preparing project schedules and timelines, ensuring MEP activities are aligned with the overall project plan.
Monitor and report progress on site, identifying potential delays or issues and proposing corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including daily reports, inspection logs, and material usage.
Review mechanical design drawings and specifications to ensure they meet project requirements.
Provide technical guidance on installation methods and materials to optimize performance and ensure longevity of the systems.Identify and resolve design and construction conflicts related to MEP systems.
Ensure that all MEP works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and comply with relevant codes and regulations.
Perform quality control checks and inspections to verify adherence to design plans and specifications.
Enforce safety protocols on site, ensuring that all personnel adhere to safety standards during MEP installation and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and health and safety requirements.
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all mechanical systems integrate seamlessly into the overall building design.
Attend coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and project teams to discuss project progress and address any challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in MEP site projects, preferably in large-scale commercial or residential projects.
