• Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way and addressing customer complaints
  • Providing information about facilities, projects and services
  • Maintaining a guests register and database
  • Fully responsible for the reception, Front desk and the main lobby
  • Scheduling appointments for the meeting and conference rooms
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to address any office issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and guest interactions including their database 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and guests
  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate.
